It is strongly recommended that once establishing a color choice, the first step should be making a color sample on the very slab where the work is to be performed.  Manufacturers’ color charts are meant only as a guideline, and the true outcome is highly dependent on the unique conditions of each slab.  No job starts without your clear written approval, and when the project is installed, your project team will personally inspect the job with you, confirming there are no defects in workmanship.  Stubborn areas that detract from the final outcome can be evaluated by our skilled and flexible field artisans for camouflaging techniques.
